No agency. No account manager. No six-week timeline.

I'm Michael Keeffe. Most days I'm doing stormwater calculations and grading plans for land development — detention basins, sewer profiles, permit sets that get picked apart line by line by reviewers hunting for a reason to send them back.

That work has a rule. Your name goes in the corner of the drawing. If it's wrong, everyone knows exactly whose it is.

Websites don't work that way. Someone quotes a small business $5,000, vanishes for six weeks, hands back something nobody can edit, and stops returning calls the day the check clears. No name in the corner. No one to answer for it.

So here's mine.

Quick build. Design done in about a week. No discovery phase, no mood boards, no kickoff deck.

Simple design. Four pages that load fast and read clearly on a phone. No sliders, no popups, no video header burning your customer's data.

Functional site. It tells people what you do, where you are, and how to reach you. That's the job. Everything else is decoration somebody billed you for.

Zero maintenance. Hosting, backups, security, updates — mine. You will never log into anything. You will never see a plugin update notification, because you will never have a plugin.

Updates take a phone call. New hours, new prices, new photos, new service. You call, I change it. No ticket, no portal, no waiting until Tuesday.

$600 to start, $100 a month. You own your domain — if you ever fire me, your address goes with you.

A title block is the box in the corner of a drawing with the firm's name and seal in it. That's the whole idea.
